Looking to get more information about a product, shipping details on your order, or simply ask a brand a question?
Each shop on Tictail is individually responsible for fulfilling their orders, managing inventory and returns, and providing refunds. Should you have a question about any of these topics, you need to get in touch with the shop owner directly for help.
You should be able to find a contact email address on each shop's "About" page. Our instant messaging feature, Tictail Talk, allows you to reach out to brands right from the marketplace or in the mobile app!
To reach out to a shop on Tictail, simply click on the Ask a question or Contact shop button on any brand page at Tictail.com. Your message will automatically be sent to the brand owner, and you'll receive a response either in the mobile app—if you have it—or via email.
