Tictail is a social marketplace that allows shoppers to discover, follow, and engage with independent brands with unique styles from around the world.

Payment & Security Details

When you place an order on Tictail, you are purchasing directly from an independent brand.

Tictail currently supports payments with three different options - Stripe, PayPal and Klarna. Tictail does not handle any transaction made on the platform. Every purchase made on Tictail is considered a transaction directly between the customer and the owner of the shop; funds are therefore directly transferred from the shopper to the brand owner's selected payment service account.

All transfers are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Each brand sets their own shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery delays.

Once you’ve made your purchase, you will receive a receipt to the email address entered at the time checkout. Questions about shipping details, delivery times, sizing, order specifics, and returns should be directed to the brand owner.
