There are a few ways your customers can start a conversation with you:

Shoppers can reach out to any brand on Tictail by simply clicking the "Ask a question" button on any product page on Tictail.com. The message will automatically be sent to your Talk inbox in your Tictail dashboard.



Shoppers can also reach out to you via the Tictail mobile apps on iOS or Android. Either by clicking the Message icon in your mobile brand page or entering a question in the text field Want to know more about this product? in each product listing.
