Even once you've upgraded to Tictail Plus, there's so much more to unlock on our platform. Here are just a few tips on how to make the most of your Plus account:
- Configure your custom domain to direct to your Tictail shop
With Tictail Plus, you have the option of connecting your own domain to your custom shop. You can read more about configuring and setting up a domain in this article.
- Put a product on sale or update its stock to trigger a notification to potential shoppers
As soon as you’ve set a product on sale, any shopper who has saved it to their profile will automatically receive an email alerting them to the new price. To set an item on sale, simply go to the product page, check the “on sale” box, and enter the updated price. Get started in your products dashboard now!
- Set per-product shipping rates
Did you know it's possible to create individualized shipping fees for each product in your shop? In your shipping settings, use the "Exceptions" function to set unique shipping fees per product. You can read more in this article.
- Offer individual prices on product variations
Have individual products that come in various sizes, colors, shapes, or designs? Good news: You can now set different prices for each variation! Start by clicking “Add pricing” on any product page.
- Manage your products faster with the bulk import and edit functions
Our bulk edit feature allows you to select and edit more than one product at a time. It’s easy: Just select the products you’d like to modify, click Bulk Actions, and edit away! You can also bulk import product listings from an existing Etsy or Shopify account—simply upload or download a CSV file on the product listing page!
- Categorize your products to gain more visibility in search results
It's super important to categorize all of your products in your dashboard—it helps to improve your shop's visibility on Tictail and in search engine results. You can choose up to three levels of categorization in your product dashboard.
- Connect your Instagram account to your shop
You can display images from your Instagram feed in your marketplace and custom shop! To connect, enter your Instagram account information under “Social” in your general settings.
